Jun20 SummerStripes – Pekwm theme

screenshot

Because I couldn’t come up with any lamer name… :/ I was supposed to write about my Pekwm experiences (it’s still under work), instead I decided to make new theme. Little more colour than usually. :) I used BlackWhite as base of the gtk theme.

EDIT:

Openbox theme – Still

I decided to create also a matching Openbox theme – Still. It’s not as soft looking as pekwm theme, but goes well with the GTK.

May22 Turquoise Grass -theme

Eeh yeah I thought I’d test at the same time nice new plugin (Shiny Screenshots) I found for Gimp – seems to work. :) Anyway in other news I created theme for Pekwm. This was my first Pekwm theme and it was little more difficult than I expected but I’m quite happy with the result. Whole thing looks best with Turquoise Grass gtk theme and because I mostly use Openbox, I have created also an Openbox theme.

Feedback is welcomed. :)

Apr18 Black Grass

I have been modding different themes to fit better my taste, some I have modded more and some less. So far I haven’t wanted to give them other users. I decided to make exception with this one. I uploaded openbox/gtk theme (including pypanelrc) called Black Grass to Box-Look.org Anyway I thought this looks pretty cool and I could share it with other people too. :D I have also made the tint2 theme and bmpanel theme for it but I still need to tweak the bmpanel theme. Tint2 theme works with the tint2-0.7-beta1.

Black Grass‘s gtk bases on Ma.Fa.GTK. I added there bit of colour though (and changed other things too), as I am huge lover of green. ;) It’s dark theme so you may have some problems with Firefox (related to the textareas). Personally I prefer dark, because for some reason it’s easier on my eyes. I hope you like and I’m happy to hear feedback. :)

You can find the theme from Box-Look.org

Btw. Requires installing gtk2-engines-pixbuf :)
